Protecting the Future.As the Director of Dawkins Heritage Group, I recognized a growing need in our Ocala community: families living at a distance who want to ensure their loved ones aren't just "looked after," but are truly thriving.My professional background is rooted in over a decade of service as a Florida Public Servant, holding leadership roles within the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and the Department of Children and Families (DCF). These roles provided me with an expert-level understanding of state regulations, senior advocacy, and the high standards of integrity required to protect Florida’s seniors.I founded this group to serve as a bridge. Leveraging my degree in Business Management and my background as a Certified Scrum Master, I bring a level of professional order and project management to household and lifestyle logistics that is unmatched in the private concierge space. My role is to be your professional "eyes and ears" on the ground—managing the logistical details of a home and the social enrichment of a lifestyle—so that you can focus on being a son or daughter again, rather than a long-distance manager.
